Week 4 (Monday, August 25 - Friday, August 29): In-Person Skills Lab, Professional Mastery & Career Launch
In Week 4, everything comes together in an intensive, hands-on experience designed to transform your learning into action. You’ll refine your personal brand, craft a compelling CV, and optimise your LinkedIn profile with expert guidance. Participate in group projects, mock interviews, and pitch presentations that build real confidence and workplace competence. You’ll also gain critical knowledge of Legal Literacy and Workplace Rights, ensuring you can advocate for yourself and thrive in any professional setting. This final week is your launchpad: show up ready, leave equipped to take on real opportunities with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Saturday, August 30th: ReWork Career Fair (In-Person)

Your opportunity meets preparation. The ReWork Career Fair is where participants connect directly with employers, recruiters, mentors, and industry leaders. Expect internship offers, job interviews, on-the-spot CV reviews, portfolio showcases, and expert-led career booths across multiple sectors. It’s not just a networking event, it’s your chance to launch your next chapter with clarity, confidence, and real prospects. Come prepared. Leave with opportunities.

Week 1-3 (Friday, August 1 - Friday, August 23): Skills & Mindset Training (Virtual)

Week 3: Work Culture, Ethics & Career Navigation
This week focuses on helping you thrive in real-world environments. You'll dive into workplace culture, time management, professional ethics, and how to adapt to different organisational settings, remote, hybrid, or on-site. You'll also explore how to choose the right career path, set boundaries, stay motivated, and protect your mental health. Whether you're entering your first internship or switching careers, Week 3 prepares you to succeed, and sustain success, wherever you go.
